I believe that owls are very special creatures. They seem to have a very ancient wisdom and presence. The presence of this owl is felt everywhere in her realm. The textured under-painting I did in this piece brings to light the idea of a vibration that all creatures, including humans, have and the effect we have on everything in our world. This painting comes framed in a beautiful, quite substantial, somewhat rustic looking, rich brown frame.
